Diet Books need to give the Bible Credit

Most successful diet books in the United States have used the same eating principles that are stated in the oldest book in history, the Bible. The Bible says, "Eat whole grain, limit sugars, eat lots of vegetables and fruits and high quality meats." So if we would just take a few minutes a day and read the Bible we would all be healthier and not spending a fortune on diet information, it is already printed, proven and factual. Eat healthy Americans for a longer more perfect life.
